Meanwhile, in Ukraine's northern Sumy region, a Russian guided aerial bomb attack wounded five people, Governor Oleh Hryhorov said in a post on Telegram, illustrating the reciprocal nature of the aerial bombardment that has become a daily feature of the conflict.
